Booking a place

A booking is confirmed when you complete registration and, for paid events, when payment has been received. You’ll get a confirmation email. If an event is full you can join the waitlist, and we’ll contact you if a place opens.

Prices are shown in the currency listed on each event page and are not subject to VAT.

Concession rates are offered on trust. If cost is the thing standing between you and a gathering, write to us.

Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel a class: full refund up to 48 hours before the start time. Inside 48 hours we’ll offer credit toward a future class.

If you cancel a workshop: full refund up to 7 days before. Between 3 and 7 days, a 50% refund. Inside 3 days, credit toward a future gathering.

If you cancel a retreat: full refund up to 30 days before. Between 14 and 30 days, a 50% refund. Inside 14 days we’re unable to refund, as the costs are already committed — but your place is transferable to someone else, and we’re glad to help arrange that.

If we cancel: you’ll receive a full refund, whatever the notice. If we have to reschedule, you can move to the new date or take a full refund.

We know life happens. If something serious has come up, write to us — these are our normal terms, not a wall.

Your participation

Our gatherings involve physical movement. Some include consensual, supportive touch, always with clear agreements made in the room and always entirely optional.

You take part at your own discretion and are responsible for your own wellbeing. Please move within your own limits, and rest whenever you need to. Tell us in advance about anything that affects your participation — injuries, pregnancy, health conditions — so we can adapt.

Our facilitators are trained in conscious movement, somatic movement therapy and yoga. We do not provide medical care, psychotherapy, or a substitute for either. If you’re managing a health condition, please speak with your doctor before joining.

We may ask someone to leave a gathering, without refund, if their behaviour compromises the safety or wellbeing of others.

Photography

We sometimes photograph or film our gatherings. We’ll always tell you beforehand and there will always be a straightforward way to opt out. We won’t publish an identifiable image of you if you’ve asked us not to.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
